16% BUYERS PREMIUM will be added to the price of all purchases. If buyer pays with cash or cashier’s check then we waive 2% of the buyers premium, which makes it 14%.

I.E: If you purchase an item for $100, the actual item cost will be $116 if paid by credit card. If paid by cash or cashier’s check the total will be $114with the 2% discount.

Removal Times / Failure to Remove

All items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 7 days from the auction date. All the regularly scheduled online auction items are located here at our warehouse at: 1503 N Main St, Crown Point IN 46307. Any items not paid for AND picked up will be relisted regardless of payment made. Any items relisted are subject to a 30% liquidated damages fee!

If for any reason the buyer fails to remove any purchases within the time specified, the Auction Co. shall have the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to resell, discard or remove and store said purchase at the buyers sole risk and expense (storage costs will be charged - per day - per item - other costs additional), without waiving any rights that Auction Co. or seller may have against buyer. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (after removal period.) If the purchases have not been removed within the 7day time period, these items will be considered abandoned and the Auction Co. reserves the right to relist/resell any and all those items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is paid in full but not removed completely from auction location within 7days of auction.
