16% BUYERS PREMIUM will be added to the price of all purchases. If buyer pays with cash or cashier’s check then we waive 2% of the buyers premium, which makes it 14%.
I.E: If you purchase an item for $100, the actual item cost will be $116 if paid by credit card. If paid by cash or cashier’s check the total will be $114with the 2% discount.

If for any reason the buyer fails to remove any purchases within the time specified, the Auction Co. shall have the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to resell, discard or remove and store said purchase at the buyers sole risk and expense (storage costs will be charged - per day - per item - other costs additional), without waiving any rights that Auction Co. or seller may have against buyer. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (after removal period.) If the purchases have not been removed within the 7day time period, these items will be considered abandoned and the Auction Co. reserves the right to relist/resell any and all those items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is paid in full but not removed completely from auction location within 7days of auction.

Storage Fees / Restocking Fees
All items have to be picked up within 7 calendar days. Due to limited space, there is no storage available. Any items not picked up after 7 days will be returned to inventory and a restocking fee of 30% will apply!
Auction Co. RESERVES THE RIGHT to charge any credit card registered with your account up to 30% as a non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $25.00 charge) based on total purchase price during the auction or immediately following the auction. The non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $25.00 charge) will be applied when invoices are not paid in full within 7 days of auction date. Note that the purchase price is the sum of the bid price, buyer’s premium, buyer's fee, and sales tax if applicable. At which time, all items are considered to be abandoned &/or forfeited to the Auction Co.
